What you'll do

Perform cyber risk assessments at the application, platform, and system levels to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
Manage and oversee business unit risks in line with the firm's risk appetite and escalate open items to leadership.
Identify information assets and assess protection requirements for specific lines of business and legal entities.
Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations on threat models, protection-needs outcomes, and control results.
Report significant changes in information security risk to management on a periodic and event-driven basis.
Represent the global cybersecurity organization as a member of business control and risk committees.
Translate technical risks into clear, actionable business terms for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent work-aligned experience.
Eight or more years of progressive cybersecurity and risk leadership experience, preferably within regulated financial services.
Practitioner-level depth in at least two domains including cloud security, networking, security architecture, or operating systems.
Ability to perform cyber risk assessments at the application, platform, and system levels to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
Proficiency in risk management frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0, NIST SP 800-53, or ISO 27001.
Ability to translate technical risk into clear business terms and influence senior executives.
CISSP or CISM certifications (preferred).
Technical cybersecurity background in SOC, operations, networking, or engineering (preferred).
