Business Consultant

What you'll do

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to uncover requirements and map current-state IAM processes.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create business process flows and solution design diagrams to visualize technical configurations.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure alignment between business goals and technical outcomes.
• Convert requirements into actionable technical specifications for architects and consultants.
• Provide functional oversight during the build phase to resolve variances and define acceptance criteria.
• Develop user training documentation and execute change management plans.
• Facilitate structured project hand-offs to customer account teams after the hypercare period.

What we're looking for

• You must have a bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You must have at least 3 years of experience in consulting, analysis, and enterprise project or program delivery.
• You must demonstrate an aptitude to learn Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and best practices.
• You must be able to synthesize complex technical specifications for non-technical stakeholders to achieve consensus.
• You must possess the ability to evaluate system feasibility and provide data-backed recommendations on security and scalability.
• You must be proficient in using standard project documentation templates such as BRDs and solution designs.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Okta's WIC/CIC and Auth0 platforms is an asset.
• Preferred: Relevant certifications like Okta Certified Professional or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are preferred.
