As a Business Banking Product Quant Analytics Associate Sr on the Business Banking Deposit & Cash Management Product Analytics team, you will provide data-driven insights to product managers to impact millions of small business customers. You will contribute to developing new banking products and establishing controls while utilizing advanced SQL skills across Teradata, Oracle, AWS, and Snowflake platforms. The role requires a quantitative background in data engineering or computer science to translate complex technical findings into actionable business insights for various stakeholders.

What you'll do

Provide data-driven insights to product managers to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Act as a consultant to identify business problems and build frameworks for data-driven solutions.
Execute end-to-end analyses and reports regarding Deposit and Cash Management products.
Translate complex technical data results into non-technical summaries for business partners.
Perform advanced SQL tasks including data transformation, discovery, validation, and de-duplication.
Manage data across multiple platforms including Teradata, Oracle, AWS, and Snowflake.
Contribute to the development of new banking products and the modification of existing ones.
Establish and run proper controls and benchmarking with third-party companies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline like data engineering, computer science, or data-driven analytics.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quantitative analytics.
Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, discovery, validation, and structural analysis.
Experience working with on-premise databases such as Teradata and Oracle.
Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS and Snowflake.
Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex issues to non-technical partners.
Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to coding and documentation.
Familiarity with banking products like Deposit and Cash Management is preferred.
