Business Analytics Manager, Learning & Knowledge Management Analytics

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analytics Advisors through regular feedback and skill building.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable analytics and technology work for internal stakeholders.
• Perform advanced analytics and investigation work to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in operational data.
• Design and oversee repeatable data ingestion and ETL processes from multiple sources to create reusable datasets.
• Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and lightweight digital solutions to support learning and knowledge management goals.
• Partner with product owners and technology teams to align project backlogs with business objectives.
• Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to business partners in straightforward language.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, reporting, process automation, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring employees, or managing analytical work.
• Advanced SQL skills including joins, common table expressions, subqueries, aggregations, complex query development, and data validation.
• Experience using Python or another scripting language for data preparation, automation, data engineering, or application development.
• Experience building or supporting ETL processes, repeatable data pipelines, and analytics-ready datasets.
• Experience with a business intelligence or visualization platform such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, business consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
