What you'll do

• Handle day-to-day tasks efficiently across different G&A teams.
• Analyze business inefficiencies and propose process improvements to leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to drive solutions and streamline internal workflows.
• Create AI-powered workflows to improve automation and decision-making.
• Translate business needs into practical automation solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the long-term strategy for the company's AI-native roadmap.
• Complete core projects focused on data insights and process implementation.
• Present project findings and insights to the program class and executives.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools and applying effective prompting skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working through ambiguity.
• Passion for business operations, internal tools, and the application of AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Proven ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Desire to contribute in a fast-paced environment with a founding team member mindset.
• Major, minor, or coursework in a field relevant to AI and data (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
