Director, Telemetry and Radio Frequency

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team of over 175 personnel across multiple locations.
• Direct engineering program technical performance, schedules, and cost performance to meet quality and customer objectives.
• Manage engineering budgets, resource allocations, and the procurement of lab resources and tools.
• Oversee the hiring, mentoring, and performance management of engineering and management staff.
• Coordinate engineering execution for new business pursuits, proposals, and program developments.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure continuous product production.
• Provide technical training and lead continuous improvement initiatives to advance organizational technology.
• Align engineering strategy with business development and program management to achieve sector objectives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 19 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active U.S. security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Management (preferred).
• Extensive Engineering experience, including work in the Defense industry (preferred).
• Proven senior management experience leading multiple teams and sub-managers (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
