Badging Access Control Lead

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor team members on badge printing, visitor management hardware, and system operations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and regional access control needs.
• Manage and audit credentials within the Genetec ClearID enterprise access control system.
• Process physical access requests and manage visitor data through the enterprise ticketing system.
• Develop and maintain access control policies, procedures, and documentation using change management controls.
• Maintain site supply inventory and ensure adequate resources for daily operations.
• Analyze access control datasets to compile reports and provide key metrics to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience managing physical access control in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years of experience creating and modifying access credentials in Genetec and ClearID systems.
• Experience working in the Physical Security industry with exposure to global operations and projects.
• Proven experience in a customer service-oriented office environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience training and mentoring team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Jira ticketing systems, and collaboration tools.
• 5+ years of progressive security experience, preferably within a multi-national corporation or Federal entity (preferred).
• Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale technical security system implementations (preferred).
