What you'll do

Define the enterprise AI platform vision, target operating model, and multi-year roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Design target-state AI architectures leveraging AWS services for Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning.
Establish AI governance frameworks, operational controls, and policies for responsible AI, data privacy, and security.
Develop platform services including prompt management, model catalogs, feature stores, and RAG frameworks.
Create frameworks for intake, assessment, and value-based scoring to prioritize AI opportunities and use cases.
Define organizational structures, AI Centers of Excellence, and talent-building strategies to drive platform adoption.
Advise executive stakeholders on AI investments, architecture recommendations, and measurable business outcomes.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, data strategy, AI strategy, or digital transformation.
5+ years of experience working with AWS cloud technologies.
Experience designing enterprise AI or data platforms.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Platforms, MLOps, LLMOps, and Cloud-Native Architectures.
Experience developing executive-level roadmaps and business cases.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Machine Learning Specialty, Data Engineer, or AI Practitioner (preferred).
Experience in Healthcare, Payer, Provider, Life Sciences, or highly regulated industries (preferred).
