Principal AI Technical Architect

What you'll do

• Lead workshops with senior business leaders to identify high-value use cases and define ROI for AI investments.
• Architect scalable, serverless AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock Agents and Knowledge Bases for RAG.
• Design action groups and execute logic using AWS Lambda functions to connect agents with external systems.
• Evaluate and select Foundation Models based on cost, latency, and reasoning capabilities.
• Oversee deployment pipelines and monitor agent performance using Amazon CloudWatch and Bedrock Guardrails.
• Manage prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and context window management for long-running tasks.
• Integrate cloud-native AI agents with on-premise robotic process automation systems.

What we're looking for

• Deep understanding of prompt engineering for agents, chain-of-thought reasoning, and managing context windows for long-running tasks.
• Extensive experience configuring Amazon Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, and Guardrails.
• Strong command of AWS Lambda (Python/Node.js) and API Gateway for agent tool execution.
• Experience with Vector Engines such as OpenSearch Serverless or Aurora PostgreSQL for RAG.
• Ability to bridge cloud-native AI agents with on-premise robotic process automation.
• Hands-on experience or architectural knowledge of UiPath and Automation Anywhere (preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-Suite decision-making.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty (preferred).
