AVP, Workflows Product Owner

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end execution of workflow transformation initiatives from discovery to value realization.
• Modernize legacy workflows into scalable, automated products with AI where it adds clear business value.
• Ensure operational resilience and compliance in regulated financial services environment for all workflows.
• Define product vision and strategy aligned with Operations priorities and enterprise objectives.
• Serve as single accountable Product Owner for Scrum teams, driving disciplined agile execution.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Risk & Compliance to design fit-for-purpose workflow solutions.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or program/project leadership in financial services or regulated industries.
• 3+ years serving as a Product Owner in an agile environment with direct accountability for outcomes.
• Strong AI literacy and ability to discern when AI adds value versus deterministic automation.
• End-to-end product ownership mindset from discovery through adoption and value realization.
• Clear, data-driven communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience driving change management and adoption for automation or AI-enabled workflows.
• Background in Operations, servicing, or back-office transformation initiatives.
