What we're looking for

  • Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science teams in regulated environments.
  • Hands-on familiarity with copilot and chat-based experiences, agentic systems, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, translating technical concepts into business value.
  • Matrixed leadership ability to influence without authority in a four-in-a-box model.
