Own the end-to-end portfolio of AI-enabled home office workflows, setting strategic priorities.
Design human-centered, AI-assisted workflows that improve advisor and associate experiences.
Define clear intake standards to ensure submissions are complete and automation-ready from start.
Collaborate with supervision and governance partners to meet audit and regulatory requirements by design.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure outcomes and continuously iterate on AI solutions.
What we're looking for

Proven track record of reducing manual touches, cycle time, rework, and operational risk.
