What you'll do

  • Lead the modernization roadmap from legacy Active Directory to cloud-first Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Define hybrid identity architecture using Azure AD Connect and Entra Cloud Sync for seamless migration.
  • Govern enterprise authentication frameworks, optimizing schema for secure integration with Entra ID.
  • Manage complex IAM rollouts using technical project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
  • Oversee Entra ID lifecycle workflows to enforce just-in-time access and least privilege principles.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in traditional Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) engineering and architecture.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, including cloud-native identity planes and hybrid synchronization environments.
  • Proven track record of executing multi-million-dollar AD modernization programs and implementing PAM solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in Jira or equivalent SDLC tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Optional certifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert.
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in infrastructure engineering and cybersecurity.
