What you'll do

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience in data platforms, engineering, and business intelligence.
7+ years leading multidisciplinary teams in data engineering, reporting, actuarial data, or reinsurance.
Strong hands-on proficiency with Python, SQL, Snowflake, Azure, Power BI, Databricks, and Airflow.
Proven experience engaging SVP-level stakeholders to drive requirements and outcomes.
Deep knowledge of insurance (P&C), finance, actuarial, or risk domains preferred.
Experience with regulatory compliance including SOX, SOC 2, and NYDFS.
Ability to mentor senior managers, architects, and subject matter experts.
