AV Tech Support Analyst

What you'll do

• Provide white glove AV and meeting technology support to employees and guests during high-profile events.
• Manage and maintain audio visual hardware including sound mixers and synchronized wireless microphones.
• Test and troubleshoot video conferencing devices such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Cisco VC rooms.
• Maintain and manage extended reality devices including Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest.
• Act as the technical lead during leadership events to ensure a seamless technology experience.
• Pilot and support emerging technologies for immersive experiences and hybrid collaboration with global teams.
• Create and update technical documentation for AV and meeting collaboration systems.

What we're looking for

• Must have 1+ years of experience supporting IT or AV related industries.
• Must have 1+ years of experience working with ITIL software such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Must have hands-on support experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, OSX, Android, and iOS.
• Must have familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, Zoom, and Webex.
• Must possess strong communication skills to interface with non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as an individual and as part of a team.
• Experience in client-facing or senior executive roles, IT/AV certifications, or a photography background is preferred (preferred).
