Automation Testing Application Development Manager, Vice President

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of six engineers and a contractor population including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Guide the team in applying AI-driven and automation testing methods to increase test coverage and accuracy.
• Provide technical oversight across automation testing frameworks and application development systems.
• Review and evaluate proposed technical testing solutions to ensure they meet quality and performance requirements.
• Shape automation testing strategy in partnership with technology leadership to align with business priorities.
• Manage budgets, resourcing, and delivery timelines to keep testing milestones on track.
• Define and maintain testing standards while negotiating with external vendors and partners.
• Identify and manage risks within testing processes to ensure compliance with laws and company policy.

What we're looking for

• 6 plus years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience as an application development manager or senior-level application development professional.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation testing tools.
• Experience managing teams and stakeholders, including hiring and performance evaluation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and proven project management capability.
• Working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred (preferred).
