What you'll do

  • Design and develop ground-up automation and controls projects from initial trades to hand-off.
  • Commission PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications in a high-reliability production environment.
  • Lay out new industrial electrical control panels compliant with NFPA79/NEC/UL508A standards.
  • Audit manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and safety improvements for automation implementation.
  • Create and update detailed instructions from design reviews and requirement documentation.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with automation and controls systems.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience in high-volume production environments.
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and programming robots (6-axis and Cartesian).
  • Proficient in PLC programming, HMI, and SCADA applications.
  • Experience designing NFPA79/NEC/UL508A compliant electrical control panels.
  • Ability to create and update detailed technical instructions and documentation.
