What you'll do

  • Design and maintain automation, control, and SCADA systems for Starbase infrastructure.
  • Manage upgrades to scale systems dynamically for production rate targets.
  • Develop standardized automation for critical power and utility systems.
  • Create and update documentation for all SCADA systems at Starbase.
  • Design PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications in high-reliability environments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or another engineering discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience designing and working on automation and control systems.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Experience designing/developing HMI applications with Ignition.
  • Familiarity with SEL, Allen Bradley, and Siemens suite of control devices.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or intention to pursue.
