Associate Principal, Quality Assurance

What you'll do

• Design and develop quality metrics and reporting for the Ovation Program.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Alteryx, Airflow DAG, and SQL for data ingestion and transformation.
• Write complex SQL queries in MSSQL Server or BigQuery to integrate Tableau dashboards for executive reporting.
• Develop reusable ETL frameworks to standardize data onboarding and enforce audit controls across enterprise systems.
• Monitor and optimize SQL query performance while ensuring data integrity through automated quality validation checks.
• Create detailed reporting and tracking for quality KPIs and governance compliance standards.
• Identify and recommend automation tools to enhance reporting efforts and QA governance processes.
• Prioritize and balance the team's workload to ensure project deadlines are met.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Three years of experience as a quality assurance engineer, software engineer, data engineer, or related role.
• Experience using Alteryx or Airflow DAG and SQL to design ETL pipelines and automate ingestion workflows.
• Experience using MSSQL Server or BigQuery to write complex SQL queries and integrate Tableau dashboards.
• Experience developing reusable ETL frameworks to standardize data onboarding and enforce audit controls.
• Experience monitoring and optimizing SQL query performance and ensuring data integrity through automated quality validation checks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, story creation, and daily scrum participation.
