Technical skills should encompass experience with Agile methodologies, Confluence, Jira, process modeling tools like Visio, and cloud technologies such as AWS. Additionally, proficiency in event-driven applications, streaming analytics, and data visualization tools is essential, along with a strong background in complex data analytics using Python and R.
Identify scope gaps and missing requirements by understanding current and future states.
Analyze stakeholder needs through cross-functional collaboration and critical thinking.
Perform requirements analysis, story decomposition, and system integration design.
Engage in agile activities like sprint planning and backlog grooming as an advisor.
Build high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for scrum teams.
Support development of test plans and participate in verification of test results.
Drive requirement and design support across integrated components and end-to-end applications.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in business system analysis or related field
Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and with software development teams
Strong communication skills for all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
Experience using Confluence and Jira for project management and documentation
Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio
Flexibility working with remote teams across different time zones
Experience in cloud technologies, preferably AWS
