As a Principal Data Analyst – AI Enabled Analytics at Walmart’s Decision Sciences team, you will serve as a senior individual contributor and technical thought leader, shaping how AI is integrated into analytics workflows. Your responsibilities include leading end-to-end AI-enabled analytics initiatives, developing modern analytical solutions using Python, SQL, and AI-assisted tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot, building lightweight web applications with frameworks such as Streamlit or Flask/FastAPI, advising on the use of machine learning and LLM capabilities, and coaching other analysts to adopt AI tools effectively. You will work in a fast-paced environment where you translate complex business problems into actionable insights, focusing on real-world value and operationalizing analytics through automation and internal tools.
Lead AI-enabled analytics initiatives from problem framing to delivery.
Develop modern analytical solutions using Python, SQL, and AI-assisted tools.

What we're looking for
