What we're looking for
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst leading projects and designing solutions.
Strong skills in eliciting requirements, documenting complex business needs, and managing stakeholders.
Expertise in analyzing data, conducting gap analysis, and using Excel pivot tables and Visio.
Experience with Confluence/Jira in an Agile environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to influence decisions and support objectives.
Ability to independently resolve ambiguous challenges with organization-wide impacts.
