What we're looking for

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests while prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
