What you'll do

Implement, enhance, and support SAP solutions to meet client business goals.
Gather business requirements from clients and project teams to recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Support workshops and stakeholder meetings to document current and future business processes.
Perform testing, data validation, and issue resolution during project lifecycles.
Create documentation and provide training for users during the go-live phase of projects.
Apply IBM methodologies and best practices to improve client outcomes and business processes.
Manage various SAP modules including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Willingness to travel up to 100%.
Ability to quickly learn enterprise systems, ERP platforms, and cloud-based applications.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills to derive recommendations from data.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
Relevant major in fields like MIS, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred).
Experience with ERP systems, SAP modules, or core business processes such as finance and supply chain (preferred).
