Associate Consultant – SAP 2027 As an Associate Consultant within the IBM Consulting team, you will support clients in implementing, enhancing, and optimizing SAP solutions to achieve specific business goals. You will work alongside experienced consultants to contribute to transformation projects across various industries. Your daily responsibilities include gathering business requirements, participating in workshops and stakeholder meetings, creating process documentation, and performing testing, data validation, and go-live support. To succeed, you must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to learn enterprise systems quickly. You will work with technologies including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Analytics. This role focuses on solving complex business problems through digital transformation, cloud strategy, and process redesign by applying IBM methodologies to improve client outcomes across diverse functional areas like procurement and human resources.

What you'll do

Implement, enhance, and support SAP solutions to help clients achieve their business goals.
Gather business requirements from clients and project teams to recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and documentation to map current and future business processes.
Perform testing, data validation, training, and issue resolution during project lifecycles.
Provide go-live support for various SAP modules and cloud-based enterprise systems.
Apply IBM methodologies and best practices to improve client outcomes and business processes.
Analyze data and insights to provide informed recommendations for solution design and development.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Willingness to travel up to 100%.
Ability to quickly learn enterprise systems, ERP platforms, and cloud-based applications.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills to derive recommendations from data.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
Relevant major in fields like MIS, Business, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science (preferred).
Experience with ERP systems, SAP modules, or core business processes such as finance and supply chain (preferred).
