Associate Consultant – SAP 2027 serves as a member of the IBM Consulting team, where you will support clients in implementing, enhancing, and optimizing SAP solutions to achieve specific business goals. The role requires strong quantitative skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to learn ERP platforms quickly. This position addresses complex business problems by streamlining operations through digital transformation and process redesign across diverse industries including finance, human resources, and supply chain management.

What you'll do

Implement, enhance, and support SAP solutions to meet client business goals.
Gather business requirements from clients and project teams to recommend appropriate solutions.
Support workshops and stakeholder meetings to document current and future business processes.
Perform testing, data validation, and issue resolution during project lifecycles.
Create technical documentation and provide training for new system implementations.
Apply IBM methodologies and best practices to improve client outcomes and business processes.
Provide go-live support for various SAP modules and cloud-based enterprise solutions.

What we're looking for

A High School Diploma or GED is required.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Candidates must have the ability to work without current or future visa sponsorship.
Willingness to travel up to 100% is required.
Ability to quickly learn enterprise systems, ERP platforms, and cloud-based applications is required.
Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP, or related academic projects is preferred.
Knowledge of core business processes like finance, procurement, or supply chain is preferred.
