What you'll do

Translate complex system requirements into the design and development of customized software solutions.
Design, develop, and support high-quality, scalable products and interfaces across the entire system architecture.
Define technical specifications for generative AI projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Apply Design Thinking principles to ensure products meet performance, security, and user experience standards.
Develop front-end and back-end components using modern UI frameworks and various programming languages.
Manage and interact with diverse relational databases including SQL, Postgres, DB2, and MongoDB.
Build technical solutions for clients using platforms like Microsoft, ServiceNow, Oracle, and Salesforce.
Execute tasks within an Agile team structure involving sprints, backlogs, and iterative development.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or SQL.
Foundational knowledge of .NET/ASP.NET, C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and experience with web application development.
Familiarity with generative AI modeling, ethics, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
Experience working in an Agile team structure and using AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT for productivity.
Willingness to travel up to 100%.
