What you'll do

Define technical specifications and requirements for various projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Document technical specifications and design decisions clearly for team members and stakeholders.
Develop scalable, reusable code while participating in peer code review processes to ensure high quality.
Perform full-stack cloud-native development using a diverse tech stack including databases and modern UI frameworks.
Apply design thinking principles to create products that prioritize user experience, security, and performance.
Contribute to the entire product delivery lifecycle for client projects.
Participate in Agile team structures including sprints, backlogs, and standups to manage shifting priorities.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with academic success in a relevant field like CS, MIS, or Data Science (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
Leadership experience and effective communication skills through active listening.
Exposure or experience with JavaScript.
Exposure to one of several programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python) and systems design/development.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, web services, API frameworks, or data visualization tools (preferred).
