What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Leads and Product Analysts across various technology domains.
  • Define the multi-product strategy, vision, and roadmap for protocol digitization, data flow, and sample management.
  • Manage end-to-end product ownership including implementation, governance, compliance, and ITIL-aligned release processes.
  • Translate enterprise priorities into technical capabilities while managing requirements, scope, and trade-offs with stakeholders.
  • Establish and oversee AI/agentic orchestration and regulated-AI governance in compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including build-vs-buy assessments, RFPs, contract management, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure data integrity and traceability from protocol intent through to clinical data analysis outputs.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for domain budget, innovation, and industry standard representation.

What we're looking for

  • Strong command of ICH M11/USDM, CDISC SDTM/ADaM, controlled terminology, and standards governance.
  • Demonstrated experience with structured protocol authoring and protocol-to-data automations with traceable lineage into SDTM/ADaM.
  • Practical understanding of human sample workflows in clinical trials including kit management, barcoding, and chain of custody.
  • Experience managing technology capability identification, selection, implementation, and operations for LIMS/LIS, EDC, IRT, and CTMS systems.
  • Experience applying AI and multi-agent systems with human-in-the-loop controls and technical fluency in REST/GraphQL APIs and data pipelines.
  • Experience applying risk-based CSV and regulated-AI governance aligned to 21 CFR Part 11/Annex 11 and GxP.
  • Proven experience hiring, supervising, and coaching a team of direct reports including Product Leads and Product Managers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and provide executive-ready communications.
