What we're looking for
- Experience and insight into designing, implementing, and supporting highly scalable infrastructure services.
- 5 to 15 years of industry experience in building and maintaining backend distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of core computer science concepts including data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities.
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies and frameworks.
- Great communication skills.
- Experience building observability platforms at scale (preferred).
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, OSS tools in the observability space, Rust or Java, and Kubernetes on Linux (preferred).
