Artificial Intelligence Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide advisory services on current and emerging artificial intelligence technologies to support organizational goals.
• Apply leading-edge principles and theories to contribute to the development of new AI concepts.
• Solve unusually complex problems by providing highly innovative technical solutions.
• Mentor and supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.
• Implement and manage LLMs, search systems, or RAG architectures.
• Utilize AI/ML packages and languages such as PyTorch, LangGraph, ClaudeCode, or MLFlow.
• Envision, plan, and execute strategies to achieve organizational OKRs.

What we're looking for

• Experience with LLMs, search systems, or RAG architecture.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, packages, and languages such as PyTorch, LangGraph, ClaudeCode, or MLFlow.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change and respond to shifting mission needs and technological advancement.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Experience with project or program management (preferred).
• Knowledge of software development best practices and knowledge management systems such as Jira or Confluence (preferred).
• Ability to envision, plan, and execute strategies to achieve organizational OKRs (preferred).
• Master's degree (preferred).
