What you'll do

Refine and implement Boeing’s AI Governance strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
Develop governance approaches for traditional machine learning, generative AI, third-party services, and vendor-enabled capabilities.
Define documentation standards and lifecycle evidence requirements to support compliance and audit readiness.
Partner with technical teams to embed AI governance into development processes.
Prioritize strategic investments in tooling and workflow automation for effective governance infrastructure.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in building and scaling governance programs in regulated environments.
Deep hands-on experience with AI lifecycle concepts, including model development and deployment.
Proven ability to partner with technical teams to implement governance within delivery environments.
Experience designing and executing risk assessments for AI and translating findings into practical controls.
Active U.S. Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Advanced degree in information systems, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in AI Governance, Responsible AI, or similar fields.
