What you'll do

What we're looking for
5+ years experience in AI/ML model testing and validation, including robustness, fairness, and compliance verification.
3–5+ years experience in AI monitoring and risk management, focusing on real-time performance tracking and anomaly detection.
Proven ability to develop rigorous validation frameworks and conduct bias, adversarial, and stress testing.
Strong knowledge of AI governance principles, ethical AI frameworks, and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Hands-on experience with validation tools, statistical testing, synthetic data generation, automated testing platforms, and AI observability solutions.
Deep expertise in model validation, fairness audits, explainability techniques, and proficiency in monitoring and logging frameworks for AI/ML systems.
Excellent analytical skills to identify risks and propose actionable mitigations, along with strong communication abilities.
