The Archer IRM Developer / Administrator joins the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice to design, configure, and support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions. This role involves building scalable Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, and dashboards while managing platform administration, user permissions, and security configurations. Key responsibilities include developing Archer Advanced Workflows, Data Driven Events, and Data Feeds, as well as implementing business rules and automated data quality controls. The position requires hands-on expertise with REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, SQL, and PowerShell for system integrations and automation. Candidates must navigate complex GRC processes including risk management, audits, and compliance. The work specifically addresses technical and business problems within regulated environments, particularly those involving banking or financial services, AML, and KYC requirements.
Design, configure, and maintain Archer applications, questionnaires, data models, and On-Demand Applications.
Develop and optimize Archer Advanced Workflows and Data Driven Events for automated GRC processes.
Implement business rules, validation logic, and automated data quality controls within the platform.
Build and maintain Archer Data Feeds and integrations using REST APIs, SQL, and other data formats.
Develop dashboards, reports, and iViews for risk, compliance, and audit management reporting.
Administer user roles, permissions, platform security configurations, and general system access.
Support Archer upgrades, patches, configuration migrations, and production releases across all environments.
Troubleshoot application performance, workflow errors, and integration issues to provide production support.
What we're looking for
5+ years of hands-on experience with Archer IRM / RSA Archer development, administration, configuration, and enterprise GRC implementations.
Expertise in Archer Application and Questionnaire Development, Advanced Workflow, Data Driven Events (DDE), Data Feed Manager, and reporting capabilities.
Experience developing Archer integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, SQL, and related integration technologies.
Strong understanding of GRC processes including risk management, controls, compliance, issue management, assessments, and audit workflows.
Experience with SQL Server, ETL processes, data integration, and troubleshooting enterprise data feeds.
Familiarity with PowerShell or similar scripting technologies for automation and platform support.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, release management, and environment promotion processes.
Experience within Banking or Financial Services, including exposure to AML/KYC, regulatory compliance, risk, or control environments (preferred).
