What you'll do

Manage and develop multiple professional teams to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties.

Monitor and manage budgeting, planning, policy formation, and the future strategy of the area.
Ensure change is managed with appropriate controls, documentation, and approvals for new regulatory requirements.
Manage and maintain all disaster recovery plans and oversee appropriate testing for new applications.
Define and implement best practices and processes to ensure transparency and consistency across teams.
Assess risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal policies.

What we're looking for

15+ years of relevant experience.
8-10+ years of managerial experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Master’s degree (preferred).
PMP Certification (preferred).
Experience with financial products.
Working knowledge of the industry and competitors’ products and services.
Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated leadership, management, and development skills.
