Applied AI Workflow Clinical Scientist

What you'll do

• Identify high-value use cases where LLMs and agentic AI can improve clinical development and translational science workflows.
• Design, build, and refine reusable AI tools and automated workflows for scientific teams.
• Partner with clinical scientists and biostatisticians to translate pain points into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Evaluate AI outputs for rigor, safety, and compliance within GCP-governed or regulated data environments.
• Execute AI-driven improvements in study design, feasibility, data review, and regulatory submission readiness.
• Expand AI workflows into clinical omics analysis and high-dimensional data interpretation over time.
• Increase internal AI fluency by demonstrating practical tools and explaining technical trade-offs to collaborators.

What we're looking for

• Must have a PhD with 1+ years experience, a Master's with 5+ years, or a Bachelor's with 6+ years.
• Preferred advanced degree in clinical, life science, computational biology, or a related quantitative field.
• Must have direct experience in clinical development, clinical science, operations, data review, or regulatory science.
• Must possess a strong working understanding of GCP, clinical trial conduct, and the drug development process.
• Must have experience with omics or high-dimensional data from clinical or translational studies.
• Must have recent, hands-on experience applying LLMs, agentic AI, or workflow automation in personal scientific work.
• Must demonstrate the ability to build practical, reusable workflows rather than one-off analyses.
• Work authorization in the United States.
