Senior Associate Applied AI ML

What you'll do

• Design, build, and scale cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions for customers and internal agents.
• Apply technical judgment to select appropriate models, including modern LLM-based methods.
• Develop production-grade capabilities such as intelligent search, summarization, classification, and next-best-action recommendations.
• Evaluate model performance using rigorous metrics to ensure reliability, security, and scalability in real-world environments.
• Improve data quality and establish feedback loops for models in production.
• Iterate on solutions to reduce agent effort, shorten resolution times, and increase consistency across workflows.
• Translate complex operational needs from stakeholders into technical requirements and product deliverables.
• Perform advanced analytics to solve multi-faceted business problems using NLP and machine learning.

What we're looking for

• Undergraduate and master's degrees in Computer Science.
• Training and work experience in LLM/NLP and search.
• Advanced demonstratable programming skills of 2 years on more than one language such as Spark, Python, Scala, or Java.
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, compilers, databases, and systems.
• Ability to learn new programming languages quickly and seamlessly.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders.
• Experience developing large-scale machine learning solutions based on big data for classification, regression, or recommender systems.
