Senior Manager, ETRM

What you'll do

• Develop and manage comprehensive ETRM implementation program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead configuration of risk management workflows including position management, mark-to-market valuation, P&L attribution, and real-time Greeks reporting.
• Implement physical commodity workflows from trade capture through delivery and settlement, ensuring compliance with NAESB standards.
• Oversee market data integration, exchange connectivity, and regulatory reporting connections for full ecosystem governance.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate parallel run strategies, and oversee data migration to minimize disruption during go-live.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in energy trading technology or ETRM implementation with at least 5 years in senior program management.
• Proven track record delivering full-lifecycle ETRM implementations across multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with physical commodity operations and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong understanding of market risk, credit risk, and hedge accounting (ASC 815 / IFRS 9).
• Familiarity with gas nominations, power scheduling, and crude/LNG logistics systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools and technical integration patterns.
• Experience contributing to consulting sales cycles and cultivating industry relationships.
