What you'll do

Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned to business needs.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for the ServiceNow platform including source control integration.
Enable and govern citizen development on the ServiceNow platform by establishing standards.
Manage CMDB health and data integrity through Discovery Patterns and IRE rules.
Integrate Now Assist features to automate workflows and improve agent efficiency.

What we're looking for

6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience on enterprise-scale projects.
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and ServiceNow scripting techniques.
Hands-on experience with Now Assist technologies for AI-assisted workflows and automation.
Deep understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Request) and CMDB configuration standards.
Proven ability to implement CI/CD practices including source control and automated testing.
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD).
Strong experience in designing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Flow Designer.
