What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
  • Technical proficiency in web technologies (XML, HTML) and enterprise components.
  • Experience as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
