What you'll do

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software applications using ReactJS, Springboot Java, and SQL on AWS.
Perform scope definition, requirements analysis, and technical design following Agile SDLC methodologies.
Manage a global team of developers and analysts to achieve project milestones while providing hands-on coding and coaching.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues by providing workarounds or escalating as necessary.
Analyze data sources and operational processes to identify dependencies and advocate for process improvements.
Serve as a subject matter expert on both technical and functional domains within the Securities Finance business unit.
Research emerging technologies and provide recommendations to improve the organization's technology stack.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
10-15 years of experience in computer science or an equivalent field.
Experience designing and developing scalable applications using ReactJS, Springboot Java, and SQL on AWS.
Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python), messaging systems (MQ, Kafka), and Oracle databases.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and deployment processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder interaction.
Experience using Scrum, Agile modeling, and adaptive software development (preferred).
Experience in the financial services, mutual fund, or securities industry (preferred).
