What you'll do

  • Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and applications to support CRM and advertising business needs.
  • Develop shared AI capabilities, agent frameworks, and reusable services for use across various business applications.
  • Build AI-powered workflows and applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and internal business data.
  • Maintain high-volume integrations between Salesforce, advertising platforms, internal services, and third-party systems.
  • Own features end-to-end from initial design and implementation through testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Improve application performance, availability, monitoring, and CI/CD processes to ensure system reliability.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to ship high-quality software while maintaining security and engineering best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience building and maintaining production applications or services.
  • Experience programming in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience with BigQuery, Airflow, SQL/NoSQL databases, or other data platforms.
  • Experience designing and building backend services, APIs, or system integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Force.com, or Salesforce APIs (preferred).
  • Experience building applications using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or Model Context Protocol (preferred).
  • Experience with GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, or other cloud services (preferred).
