JOB TITLE: Application Developer The Application Developer joins the Leidos Digital Modernization team to support the U.S. Coast Guard Technical Readiness Transformation. What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain Power Apps and low-code business applications.
Build Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and visualizations for operational and executive decision-making.
Configure and develop ServiceNow workflows, forms, tables, approvals, and application functionality.
Develop workflow automation using Power Automate and ServiceNow Flow Designer.
Conduct rapid discovery sessions and capture requirements during Coast Guard TRT Roadshows.
Develop and demonstrate prototype applications and dashboards for immediate user needs.
Integrate Power Platform and ServiceNow solutions with SharePoint, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot application, dashboard, workflow, and integration issues while maintaining technical documentation.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
8-12 years of experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
3+ years of experience in application development, low-code development, or workflow automation.
Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, ServiceNow, and SharePoint/Microsoft 365.
Experience with APIs, SQL, JavaScript, or related integration technologies.
Microsoft Power Platform certification (preferred); ServiceNow CSA and/or Certified Application Developer certification (preferred).
