Application Developer

What you'll do

• Develop non-functional test plans for load, scalability, and endurance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Design and document performance test cases and scripts to validate application throughput, latency, and stability.
• Execute load, stress, and scalability tests using SQL-based test data sets to evaluate concurrent user activity.
• Monitor server-side performance using Dynatrace to identify bottlenecks in CPU, memory, JVM threads, and API calls.
• Log and track performance defects in Jira and Rally while coordinating with development teams for timely resolution.
• Generate daily, weekly, and final performance test summaries documenting key performance indicators and resource utilization.
• Analyze historical performance trends and CI/CD metrics to propose long-term system optimizations.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree plus five years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree.
• One year of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer, DevOps Engineer, or related role.
• One year of experience utilizing JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, Jira, Rally, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience logging and tracking performance defects using Jira and Rally.
