What you'll do

  • Define technically grounded requirements with data scientists, architects, and various engineering teams.
  • Manage project risk by identifying technical dependencies and integration risks throughout the lifecycle.
  • Facilitate capital planning for new projects, including business justifications and strategic roadmaps.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science
  • 4+ years of experience in engineering project management or technical program management for large-scale cross-functional systems
  • Experience partnering with engineering and architecture teams to influence system design decisions
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level systems (SAP or equivalent) and their interdependencies within complex ecosystems
  • Familiarity with hardware repair, diagnostics, service engineering environments, and associated workflows
  • Background in delivering projects that incorporate AI/ML, data intelligence, or automation technologies
  • Experience managing global programs incorporating regional and country-specific requirements
