What you'll do

Plan and lead multiple complex technical projects, balancing scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Drive the technological design process from requirements definition to solution architecture and selection.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations, and third-party partners for integrated solutions.
Define technically grounded requirements with data scientists, architects, and various engineering teams.
Manage project risk by identifying technical dependencies and integration risks throughout the lifecycle.
Facilitate capital planning for new projects, including business justifications and strategic roadmaps.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science
4+ years of experience in engineering project management or technical program management for large-scale cross-functional systems
Experience partnering with engineering and architecture teams to influence system design decisions
Knowledge of enterprise-level systems (SAP or equivalent) and their interdependencies within complex ecosystems
Familiarity with hardware repair, diagnostics, service engineering environments, and associated workflows
Background in delivering projects that incorporate AI/ML, data intelligence, or automation technologies
Experience managing global programs incorporating regional and country-specific requirements
