You will solve technical problems involving distributed systems, data modeling, and infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure application security and performance.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and services.
Build and optimize data pipelines using AWS Glue and PySpark.
Develop and deploy containerized applications on AWS EKS.
Implement API and Microservices patterns using API Gateway and AWS Lambda.
Integrate applications with AWS DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, and other data stores.
Implement messaging and streaming solutions using Kafka.
Write clean, testable code following Test Driven Development (TDD) principles.
Apply Terraform skills to manage infrastructure as code.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of proficiency in Python and related frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
Strong experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, Glue, EKS, DynamoDB, and S3.
Experience with PySpark for data processing and solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
Hands-on experience with GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
Excellent knowledge of OOP concepts, data modeling design patterns, and distributed systems using tools like Coherence or Apache Solr.
Experience with Agile development processes and the ability to design and develop microservices.
AWS Associate-level certifications (preferred).
Experience with Kong API Gateway, Terraform, Kafka, or AI-assisted development tools (preferred).
