Senior Staff Digital Systems Engineer, Digital Ecosystem Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain a robust digital ecosystem for engineering work and data integration.
• Develop APIs and dashboards to provide program leadership and customers with real-time situational awareness.
• Execute a data management strategy to ensure customer requirements and intellectual property protection goals are met.
• Manage the storage and accessibility of engineering data, including CAD models, simulation analysis, and test results.
• Ensure seamless integration and interoperability of various digital tools within the platform.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
• Coordinate with Information Assurance teams to implement software solutions and networking infrastructure support.
• Identify and implement AI/ML solutions to automate data analysis and accelerate engineering design decisions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics from an accredited college or university.
• High school diploma/GED and at least 9 years of engineering experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Ability to meet U.S. Person status for access to export-controlled information.
• Experience developing and maintaining APIs.
• Experience utilizing digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Cameo (preferred).
• Experience with GE Aerospace Digital tools, processes, and EVM tools (preferred).
