What you'll do

Design and develop end-to-end components for custom applications including UI, business logic, and data layers.
Create and manipulate databases, APIs, and front-end code using React JS, Python, Java, and SQL.
Ensure code quality through architecture reviews, rigorous testing, and adherence to established development standards.
Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud engineering practices to improve delivery speed and reliability.
Monitor system health to resolve stability and scalability issues while driving continuous improvement.
Provide informal day-to-day supervision to the team, including coaching on performance and checking work progress.
Analyze information to solve ongoing problems and implement new techniques to meet team objectives.

What we're looking for

A 4-year college degree with a mathematical background is required.
Experience with full-stack Java/JEE development and Python is required.
Experience with SQL Server, Azure, and Github is required.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and Azure DevOps is required.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and web application development is required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
Exposure to financial calculation is preferred.
Work Authorization.
