Analyst, Security Technology joins the Global Security and Crisis Management team to support the planning, delivery, and optimization of physical security technology programs. This role involves translating business requirements into practical solutions by leading projects from initiation through implementation. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships while partnering with IT, Risk Management, and Compliance teams. The successful candidate will maintain access control and CCTV platforms, drive process automation, and provide guidance on emerging technologies. Required skills include extensive experience with CCure 9000, Victor Video Management, and Microsoft Office 365. Candidates should also possess knowledge of artificial intelligence tools, SQL Server Management Studio, and potentially coding languages like Python or C#. This role solves the business problem of strengthening a global security posture through scalable technology standards.
Lead and manage security technology projects from initiation through implementation to align with corporate strategy.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions across the organization.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans while managing vendor relationships.
Drive continuous improvement through technology optimization, process automation, and scalable operating standards.
Perform regular review, maintenance, and troubleshooting of access control and CCTV platforms.
Provide guidance on emerging security technologies and their potential applications for the physical security environment.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience with CCure 9000 administration and Victor Video Management for CCTV platform operations.
Strong project management skills including experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 platforms including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and large language models for security applications.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively across global teams.

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, IT, Project Management, or related field, OR equivalent experience with 5+ years in security operations, project management, or technology implementation including 2 years in a supervisory role (preferred).
