  • Drive improvements in analog design methodology to achieve high-quality initial silicon designs.
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage new process technology and next-generation architecture developments.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in analog and/or mixed-signal IC block design.
  • BS degree or higher in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Experience managing design teams and driving improvements in methodology.
  • Track record of successful tape-outs reaching production with first pass silicon.
  • Proficiency in FPGA emulation, silicon bring-up, characterization, and debug.
  • Strong collaboration skills for multi-functional teams across geographical boundaries.
