What you'll do

Establish silicon requirements by working with Systems and Platform teams.
Lead efforts to develop, integrate, characterize, and test silicon.
Deliver first revision production-worthy silicon on schedule per system requirements.
Drive continuous improvements in analog design methodology to achieve high quality.
Manage vendor development of new process technologies and next-generation architectures.
Ensure designs are properly verified, validated, and tested for long-term reliability.
Manage project schedules and support multi-functional engineering efforts.

What we're looking for

BS degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Experience designing analog and/or mixed-signal IC blocks.
PhD and 5+ years of experience managing design teams (preferred).
Experience with multiple tape-outs reaching production with first pass silicon (preferred).
Ability to drive and improve design methodology to achieve high quality first silicon (preferred).
Experience with FPGA emulation, silicon bring-up, characterization, and debug (preferred).
Ability to work with multi-functional teams and external vendors across geographical boundaries (preferred).
